# Hướng dẫn sử dụng Zoom

### Bước 1 Kiểm tra email kích hoạt

Hệ thống sẽ gửi mail kích hoạt vào email mà quý khách đã cung cấp cho VOIP24H để đăng ký bản quyền zoom. 

<mark style="color:red;">**Lưu ý :**</mark>&#x20;

* <mark style="color:red;">**Email có tiêu đề " Lời mời kích hoạt zoom "**</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">**Email kích hoạt có thể nằm trong inbox hoặc trong thư mục Spam ( Quý khách vui lòng kiểm tra kỹ )**</mark>

### Bước 2. Kích hoạt

Quý khách thao click vào nút "**Kích hoạt tài khoản Zoom của bạn**" ( nút màu xanh trong email ). Nếu nhấn vào nút màu xanh không được thì quý khách có thể coppy link phí dưới để dán vào trình duyệt web.

Tiếp theo sẽ cần đặt lại tên tài khoản zoom và đặt mật khẩu. Lưu ý khi đặt mật khẩu để tăng tính bảo mật mật khẩu sẽ bao gồm chữ hoa và thường, bao gồm số và ký tự đặc biệt.**Quý khách nhập đến khi nào màn hình báo xanh là được**

Sau khi nhập xong bấm tiếp tục để hoàn tất quá trình kích hoạt dịch vụ zoom.

Khách hàng có thể bấm tải zoom ở trên máy tính hoặc trên mobile để bắt đầu sử dụng.
