# Gọi trên Web

Tích hợp gọi điện trên Web vào trang Telesales

1. Vào phần "Cài đặt" để chuyển sang chế độ Gọi trên Web

2.Thực hiện cuộc gọi

a. Quay số tay:

b. Thực hiện cuộc gọi từ danh bạ có sẵn liên hệ

3. Giao diện cuộc gọi và các xử lý trong cuộc gọi

a. Cuộc gọi đi

b. Cuộc gọi đến

c. Khi trong cuộc gọi

* Số 1 Bật tắt bàn phím dùng chuyển hướng cuộc gọi.
* Số 2 Dùng để chuyển cuộc gọi, khi nhấn vào và nhập số cần chuyển và bấm nút Số 5 như trên hình.
* Số 3 Dùng để Hold và Unhold cuộc gọi.
* Số 4 Dùng để Tắt/Bật Mic .
